The Intersectionality of Theology and Missions
Two Perspectives
Abstract
To effectively communicate missions related to the Black experience, a comprehensive review of the incongruities between Black and White missional theology is a prerequisite. Moreover, this is a communication dilemma as much as it is a theological one. This article will argue the theological rift between African/Black and Caucasian/White American Christians contributed to seemingly irreconcilable differences that must be acknowledged for the Black and White Evangelical Church to operate in unity in global missions in the twenty-first century and forward.
